Creating
There are 3 steps when creating a booking:
Customer
This step requires you to select who the booking is for. You are able to select from a pre-existing customer, or create a new one.
You can search for an existing customer by either their name or their address.

Service + Date
This step requires you to select the relevant service, price, quantity, (optionally) time if for a commercial customer, and optionally a recurrence pattern.
The service, quantity, price and date are required fields.
If the date you have chosen lands on a date that has an event with surcharge, a message will be displayed:

Additional Details
The final step is for any additiaonl details you may have for this booking.

Payment Method
(Optional) Set how this booking is to be paid.
Booking Alert
This can be used for crucial information thats relevant to this booking, and this booking only - it won’t be copied onto subsequent bookings.
Eg. Billy won’t be home but has left the key under the door mat.
Access Notes
These will be copied onto subsequent bookings for the same customer.
Eg. Tank is down the hill, to the right of the pool.
Extra Access Notes
These are specified by your configuraton of the service, see Extra Access Notes
Purchase Order Number
If a commercial customer, you can specify the PO number here
Additional Invoice Details
(Optional) Any extra information you’d like to include on the invoice that’s sent to the customer.
Eg. Delivering 12,400 L of potable water
Attachments
Any photos you may have that can help your Driver access the property / tank / service.
