Enable Customer Bookings

Whether customers can book online themselves or if only Administrators can

Send Calendars with Bookings

Optionally send a calendar invite with the booking

Send Invoice PDF in email

If using a different system for your invoicing requirements, you can disable Tankly’s here

Send Tracking Link To Customer

You can optionally send a SMS to the Customer that provides a method for them to watch their delivery happen in real time. This will only be sent if the Driver uses the option, Send On The Way SMS

Send SMS Confirmation Day Before

Let Tankly help out with last minute cancellations by asking the Customer a day before their delivery date to confirm they still need it.

Display Customer Contact for Driver

Don’t feel comfortable displaying Customer contact info to your Drivers, set this to off and never have to worry again

Send Daily Run Sheet Email

Tankly can email you a copy of the Run Sheet for your records

Send Copy of all Customer Emails

If you’d like to be kept in the loop with the emails sent to your Customers from Tankly, this is where you can configure it.

A common use case for this: When a customer requests a booking, by default, Tankly will not notify you. With this setting you can tell Tankly to forward any Booking Requested Emails directly to yourself.
Auto Allocate Fill Station

If you have configured your Fill Stations with addresses and this option is enabled, a Fill Station will be automatically assigned based on proximity.
